How the Fundraiser Works

1. Discovery and Planning

We meet with your organization to learn about your fundraising goals, audience, colors, logo, design ideas, and preferred products.

2. Custom Design Concepts

CCC Customs creates professional artwork specifically for your organization. Students or group members may also submit ideas that can inspire the collection.

3. Organization Approval

Your organization reviews and approves the artwork and merchandise before anything becomes available for sale.

4. Online Store Setup

We create a dedicated online shopping experience where supporters can view products, select sizes and colors, and place secure orders.

5. Fundraiser Promotion

CCC Customs provides promotional graphics and recommended marketing content that your organization can share through social media, email, meetings, events, and printed materials.

6. Production, Delivery, and Payout

CCC Customs handles production, packaging, shipping, and customer service. Eligible fundraiser earnings are calculated based on completed sales and paid to the organization according to the approved fundraiser agreement.

How Much Can Your Organization Earn?

Each approved product includes a predetermined fundraiser amount. The goal is generally to provide approximately 25%–30% of the retail price to the participating organization when product costs and pricing allow.

The exact earnings per item will be clearly presented in your fundraiser proposal before the store is launched.

There are no surprises—your organization approves the products, prices, and earnings structure before the fundraiser begins.

No Inventory and No Order Distribution

Your organization will not be required to:

  • Purchase products in advance
  • Store unsold inventory
  • Collect individual customer payments
  • Track individual orders
  • Package merchandise
  • Coordinate customer shipping
  • Handle routine order questions

Orders are placed online and shipped directly, making the fundraiser easier for organizers and supporters.

Fundraiser Timeline

A typical fundraiser can be prepared in approximately six weeks:

The timeline may vary depending on the number of designs, products, revisions, and how quickly approvals are received.
